The keypad is the brain of the system. When any of the transmitters triggered, the system will call your cell phone or send an email. Alarm can be armed or disarmed from the keypad.
The PowerMax Plus also comes standard with MCT234 which is actually a 4-button remote controller that you can use to arm/disarm the alarm system as long as you are within the range.
