The expandable system of this video security device allows you to monitor video for up to six cameras simultaneously.
You can watch live footage captured by your Logitech WiLife camera or you can store it for later replay. The playback view allows you to access and play video clips from your video archive while the ‘live view’ lets you watch the front door, kitchen, backyard and office all at once.
With video timeline, you can pick any day from a calendar to view a timeline of motion events for the day. The Playback shows video from all cameras in parallel. Playback controls lets you play, step forward and backward, pause, and adjust the speed of playback between super slow and very fast.
Logitech WiLife Video Security System has intuitive Windows interface which lets you set your preferences and navigate easily.
This device has automatic video storage. The intelligent camera detects motion and records the video directly to PC’s hard drive which makes way for easy playback and archiving.
This video system comes with powerful search and playback tools. The stored video footage from prior hours, days or weeks can be reviewed easily.

Alerts and Remote Access

You can receive three email or cell phone alert types when motion is detected by the camera. The alert you will be receiving can be a video clip, text and one frame of the video or text only.

Once you create a WiLife account in the internet, you can view free live video anywhere and anytime.

The videos are accessible through Windows mobile cell phone when you’re on the go. By logging on to WiLife Online, you can access live video from your Logitech WiLife camera anywhere in the world.

Flexible Mounting options

Logitech WiLife cameras can be mounted securely in extended or hanging positions. These cameras will do well whether wall mounted or mounted overhang.

Expandable System

Logitech video security system is expandable for maximum protection of your property. You can add up to five additional Logitech cameras. You can choose from indoor, outdoor, Spy add-on cameras or any combination of Logitech cameras to your Logitech Master System.

Despite all the great features above, the Logitech WiLife Digital Video-Indoor Camera has its downsides as described below:

Users’ Complaints

CRM-100 doesn’t work as it should and this makes the recorded videos other than inside of home not viewable.
The system doesn’t work with Blackberry or iPhone. It must be Windows-based phone.
The set up was easy but it’s not wireless as advertised. The camera has long power cord that runs from it.
The computer has to be powered on at all times to use the system.
It costs at least $80 a year for you to use the built-in PTZ functions.
