Users’ Negative Reviews

One of the ball and joint mount can’t be tightened up-must be defective but I’ll call for replacement.
When zoomed, the image appears pixelated and difficult to view. Otherwise quite clear when not using zoom.
The only complaint I have is the remote control is IR instead of RF, so it only works from certain angles.
