  1. whoever says that this system is easy to program and user friendly is lying through there teath. I have never had a system that the instructions were so hard to understand. Sure setting up the sensors is easy however setting up the phone communications is a different story. I bought my Simon xt through a security dealler and they have problems finding solutions to the problems that come up. I have my unit set up after 7 days of mind boggling hell, and now i have even another problem. Will this ever end???
